“It was the Friday after Thanksgiving during a pandemic COVID-19. Our radiant heat was not working in the whole house, and it was freezing outside. I made four phone calls and submitted a request via Angies List. I immediately received a text from Santa Fe Heating and Cooling Services, that said they were with a client and would call me as soon as they were done and what did I need. Nobody else returned my calls or messages until the following week! David Aguirre was at our house an hour after we texted. Great, honest person. Figured out the problem, fixed the issue and was very clear in communicating and showing us the problem. Was so impressed that we hired him to replace our hot water heater. Once again he showed up on time when he said he would, communicated with us every step of the way, and explained and showed us what he was doing and why. All quotes were fair and reasonable, no surprises. We are definitely sticking with Santa Fe Heating and Cooling Services! Thank you for being honest and reliable.”
